Born in Montreal , Canada in 1958. His father also a photographer , introduce him to black and white photography in early 70. Normand learn arts in high school and bought is first Practika camera with few dollars saved from his summer work.He studied lighting with photographer Michel Pilon. Since then he still improving his work.
